New Client Frequently Asked Question
How much does a new website cost?
This depends on the type of websites and your business needs. Our lowest website package is quite affordable at $300. Every project has unique needs. During our consultation, we can give you an estimate after asking a series of questions to get to know your business better.
How long will it take to get a new website?
This all depends on the client and how fast each client provides the content/information after the initial consultation. It also depends on the response time of each client throughout the project. Lastly, this depends on how complex the project is.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
WordPress makes up about 30% of the website online. We use WordPress mostly, but we also have our own CMS where we create completely custom websites. The reason for this is it cuts down on technical issues, increases productivity, and helps our clients with their ranking on Google. Depsite the CMS our client go without (based on the package plan), we can help teach how to make website adjustments or upload products if you wish to be trained.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
We work with clients anywhere! We have a remote team. No worries.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
100% Yes! A mobile-friendly website is essential for ranking in google and decreasing your users/customers/clients from leaving your website.
When do I pay?
Before starting the project we ask for half to begin. This allows us to purchase any necessary software and services, etc. and for the time it takes to begin the project. After we show you the final website, we ask for the last payment amount. Don’t worry, in between, you will be able to see how we are progressing to ensure the project direction is going the way you like.
How much input do I have in the process?
We welcome and value your feedback. The sooner the better! You have a lot of input in this process. This is why it is crucial for us to receive input before midpoint of the project.
Who writes the content for the site?
Seeing you know your business best, we believe it’s best for you to write your content. Some packages include content help, however, it still is mostly your responsibility to gather the content because we always believe it’s better to come from the heart of those who know the business in and out or the owner.
Where should my website be hosted?
Don’t worry about hosting! We got you covered.
What if I need help on my site down the road?
